Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Rates & delivery estimates
- Standard (5–7 business days): $5.99, free on orders of $50 or more
- Express (2–3 business days): $14.99
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at infoo@nextchoiceretail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
