30-day returns
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items
- Opened packs of screws, nose pads or temple tips (for hygiene and inventory reasons)
- Opened cleaning solutions
How to start a return
Email infoo@nextchoiceretail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Defective or incorrect items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping.
